If your wifi isnt working, try the following steps:

Right click on the wifi network and choose "Forget"

Connect to a different network (Your Family network ,or tether your mobile phone)

Once connected to that network, check if it works, if it does, connect back to the centre wifi, if not, please put in a ticket.
